Blackstone Auction Group has many Case Studies that demonstrate our success and the effectiveness of our auction process in selling luxury real estate.

The following case studies are excerpted from prior auctions.  If you would like more details, we are happy to share our success stories, so please contact us today to discuss how you too can benefit from partnering with Blackstone Auctions.

The History | This property was on the market for almost four (4) years. The home did not receive any offers and very few showings.  The seller could not wait any longer to sell the property, so due to our proven track record of success, the seller contacted Blackstone Auctions.

Blackstone’s Accelerated Sales Program | Blackstone stepped in and implemented an aggressive marketing campaign, resulting in the property receiving exponentially more visibility. This increased exposure resulted in 47 showings within a 30-day period.

The Result | Blackstone sold the property in 30 days for a record price!  The seller’s expectations were far exceeded, and they were thrilled with the results of the auction process.

Case Study | 748 Promenade Pointe Drive

The History | This truly magnificent home was built as an investment with the expectation of a fast sale.  Almost two (2) years, and four (4) real estate agents later, the seller was still searching for a buyer.  Since every possible traditional real estate sales method had failed, and the carrying costs were quickly depleting the owner’s assets each month, Blackstone Auction Group was contacted.

Blackstone’s Accelerated Sales Program | Blackstone immediately initiated a broad marketing campaign that reached buyers around the globe. Open houses leading up to the auction date resulted in 65 showings and interest from buyers in five states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas and Massachusetts.

The Result | Nine (9) registered bidders competed to purchase the home at auction. Although there were many hopeful buyers, everyone in attendance knew there would only be one winning bidder. For this particular home, the winning bidder had flown in from Boston, Massachusetts to participate in the auction, and he has since relocated his family to their new home. Although the buyer was happy, the seller was even more thrilled because he was no longer obligated to the property.
